摘 要
基于学生元认知能力可以通过教育手段加以培养与促进的基本前提，本研究选取中
学信息技术课堂教学作为基本研究环境，以学生元认知培养策略为基本研究对象，探讨
在信息技术课堂教学中培养学生元认知的可能性与可行性。
通过对学生元认知能力及信息技术课程属性的理论综述，本研究设计了如何在信息
技术课堂教学中培养学生元认知能力的教学策略及教学过程模式，并以此为基础，进行
了为期半年的教学实验。在教学实验中，本研究编制了用于检验学生元认知能力水平的
“信息技术课堂学生元认知能力量表”，根据具体教学内容进行以元认知能力培养为目
标的教学设计工作，收集到教学过程中学生元认知能力的具体资料。通过理论综述与教
学实验，本研究主要结论如下：
⒈在理论研究的基础上构建了信息技术课程中学生元认知能力的结构模型
⒉阐述在信息技术课程教学中培养学生元认知能力的主要任务、应遵循的基本原则
并设计了符合信息技术课程特征的学生元认知能力培养策略。同时，本研究进一步构建
出以培养学生元认知能力为目标的“反思-问题解决”型和“监控-问题解决”型两种教
学过程模式。
⒊通过教学实验，检验了本研究中所提出的学生元认知培养策略及两种教学模式的
有效性。
