Thousands of years, it permeates daily life, enjoys popular support, but also throughout every corner, has a pivotal role in the formation of deep psychological behavior patterns of the Chinese nation. Traditional Filial Piety pay attention to filial piety can sacrifice everything for the main purpose ,but the new Filial Piety is often accompanied by the parents side, between the two are not mutually contradictory, and for todays society, traditional Filial Piety reminders and warning modern people.On the occasion of the promulgation of the new Filial Piety, I try to study from the perspective of the old and new Filial Piety contrast, which foundthat the old Filial Piety in modern society, as well as the role of the current practice of Filial Piety. This paper has the following research priorities: First, based on a lot of access to ancient books and information about the evolution of our Filial Concept old Filial Piety Takayuki story and new Filial Piety,demonstrate information of the old and new “Twenty-Four Filial Piety.” Secondly, using comparative analysis method on the old and new Filial Piety in the background of the times, practice the three aspects of the safeguards and connotation and requirements of distinction. This is the key points of the paper. Finally, on the basis of analysis of the similarities and differences of old and new Filial Piety fully heritage of fine old Filial Piety, to distinguish
