The raw coal to be washed are the No.1 raw,No.2 raw and No.3 raw coal of GAO ZHUANG which are mixed in the fixed proportion of 30:20:50. The ash content of the raw coal is 32.42%, which makes the coal a easy to wash. The task of the design is to make the ash content of the washed coal be less than 11.00%. And the washed coal will act as coking coal, middlings and sludge will be sold mixedly, and the reject will be carried away. First of all, the raw coal whose particle sizes are larger than fifty millimeters should make a examination of hand-picked, and then crash the others. The sludge content of the raw coal is not too much, so preliminary de sliming in’t needed. The coal whose particle sizes are of 50~0.5 millimeters will be Separated by the jig. However the 0.5mm millimeters size will be given to flotation process. The flotation concentrates will be dealt by dissepiment press filter, and tailings will be dealt by one-stage concentration and recovery.
