However, to grasp the typical case needs a lot of teaching experience. At present, there are several problems on writing preparation of teaching case do have bad influence on teaching , just like without outstanding theme and the structure is messy. This paper is aimed to research the writing specifications of teaching case on the basis of new curriculum standard. In order to provide a pattern for the new teacher, the research procedure is as follows. Firstly, it states the definition, feature, type and compilation principles of mathematics class and teaching case. Then it shows the difference between teaching case and teaching plan as well as teaching design and teaching record. Thirdly, by comparing and analysising two teaching cases, it points the compiled advantages and disadvantages of different teaching case. Finally, it proposes the struture and element that a go
