本科毕业论文(设计) 论文题目： 工程项目进度控制的经济性分析 学生姓名： 郭 璐 学 号： 1002120332 专 业： 工程管理 班 级： 工程1003 指导教师： 周 淑 芬 完成日期： 2014年 5月 10日  工程项目进度控制的经济性分析 内 容 摘 要 进度控制是项目管理的重要内容，同时也是工程成本、进度、质量的三大目标之一。工程项目能否在预期的时间内交付使用，直接关系到项目经济和社会效益的发挥。因此对建设项目的施工过程进行全面的跟踪和控制，最终实现项目进度控制目标，以达到工期最优，成本最合理和效益最大化，都具有十分重要的意义。工程建设进度控制对提高工程项目的经济效益具有重要的影响。 本文介绍了工程项目管理的三大控制目标，分析了施工工期与直接成本、间接成本的关系，从而得出工期与总成本之间的关系。然后通过网络计划图的编制，提出工期-成本优化的方法，实现工期-成本最优化，找到总成本最低时所对应的工期，即为工程项目进度控制的最佳目标工期。接着，结合工程案例，对工期-成本优化方法进行了验证，进而说明对工程项目进度控制的经济性。 关键词：进度控制 经济效益 工期-成本优化  Economic analysis of project schedule control Abstract Schedule control is not only an important part of project management,but also one of the three goals in project cost,schedule and quality. If the constructions can be delivered on the schedule time or not,is directly related to the project’s economic and social benefits. Therefore, the construction process of building a comprehensive project tracking and control , and ultimately the project schedule control objectives in order to achieve optimal duration , the most reasonable cost and maximize efficiency, are of great significance. This paper introduces three control objectives of construction project management, analyzes the relationship between the construction time and direct costs, indirect costs, so that the relationship between time and total cost.Then through the establishment of network plan, the method of time cost optimization, the time cost optimization, corresponding to find the lowest total cost of construction, is the best target schedule control of Engineering project.At last, combined with engineering cases, the time cost optimization method was verified, and economy of the project schedule control.
