AbstractObjective:Comparisonofthepositiveexpression rate of PTENingallbladder cancertissue,chroniccholecystitisandinvasivegallbladdercancertissues.Aswell asthecomparisonofPTENexpressioninthegallbladderwithage,sex,typeof organizationandtherelationshipbetweenthedegreeofdifferentiation.Explorethe PTENinqinghairegioninthehan,huigallbladderexpresswhetherhasthe difference.Methods:Theobservationgroupwas33casesfromaffiliatedhospitalofQinghai Universitybetween2000and2014.Age27to80ofwhich26caseswerefemale patientsand7casesweremalepatients.Thereis25casesabove55yearsoldand8 caseslow55yearsold.Hannationalitywas10cases,Huinationalitywas23cases. Select15casesofcholecystitispatientsasthematchedgroup.Theexpressionlevel ofPTENwasdetectedbyimmune-histo-chemicalmethodindifferentgroupsof gallbladdercancer.Dataisprocessedbychi-squaretestwithSPSS19.0statistical software.Results:ThepositiveexpressionrateofPTENproteinrespective100%，96.97%and27.27%incholecystitis,invasivegallbladdercancertissueandgallbladder cancertissue.Thedifferencehasstatisticsmeaning(p0.05).Thereisnostatistics relationofthepositiveexpressionrateofPTENproteiningallbladdercancerwith age,sex,typeofcancer.(p0.05).ThepositiveexpressionrateofPTENproteinin high differentialcancer is highlythan low differential cancer.(p0.05).Conclusion: TheexpressionofPTENisrelatedwithnationanddifferentiadegreein gallbladdercancerand there isnostatistics relationof the positiveexpression rate ofPTENproteiningallbladdercancerwithage,sex,typeofcancer.Thedetection ofPTENcanbejudgedasoneofindicatorsforbetterdiagnosisgallbladdercancers.
