AbstractObjective:Studytheperioperative changesofserum sCD36 and sLR11levelin patientsundergoingoff-pumpcoronaryarterybypassgrafting(OPCAB),andcomparewiththe changes of cardiac markers in same time,such as creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactatedehydrogenase(LDH),hydroxybutyratedehydrogenase(HBDH) andcardiactroponinI(cTnI).Explorewhethertheycanbecomepotentialindicatorsfor diagnose and forecastthe perioperative myocardialinjury.wehopeto findnew warning biomarkers of cardiacinjurywith the aim to accelerate theearlydiagnosis，earlyintervention for heart injury．Methods:We adopt 30patients undergoingOPCABincardiothoracic surgery,from Mar 2013toJul2013inFirstAffiliatedHospitalofShiHeziUniversity.Recordtheirgeneral situation.SerumCK,CK-MB,LDH,HBDH,cTnI,sCD36andsLR11weremeasuredbefore operation,immediatelyafterVascularanastomosis,and2h,7h,1day,3days,5daysafter operation.Selected18casesasahealthy controlgroup,measured serumsCD36and sLR11in sameway.Experimentaldataarepresentedasmean±standarddeviationwe,analyzedthe date bysoftwareof SPASS 13.0.,P 0.05 was considered statisticallysignificant.Results:Themedianvalueofcardiacmarkerswereallinnormalrangebefore operation,andincreasedsignificantlyimmediatelyafterit.cTnI、CK-MBandCKincreasedintheprocessofoperation,reachedthehighestlevel1day,,CK-MBdroppednormalrange 3days,CTnI,CKwerestillhigherafter5days.HBDH,LDHbegantoincreaseafter2hours andreachedapeakafterthreedays,fivedaysaftersurgeryisstillhigherthannormal.sCD36 increasedwiththeoperation,highest1dayandstillhigher5days.Thechangeof SLR11were not obviously,and has no significant differencewith the control group.Conclusion:sCD36,CK-MBandcTnIaresimilarafterpostoperation,bothcouldbe usedtoevaluatethedegreeofperioperativemyocareialinjury,SLR11islackofspecificityas an marker ofperioperativemyocardial injury, but it need further study.Keywords:off-pumpcoronaryarterybypassgrafting(OPCAB);Cardialmarkersof Myocardial injury;sCD36 ;sLR11II缩略语中英文对照表(Abbreviations)英文缩写英文全名中文译
