This will often cause road jams. At this time with a traditional solution, such as Barrier and into the distance to identify the product will no doubt increase the clogging and to society caused by the notes of discord. With the development of computer and information technology, many intelligent devices come into the management of district ,is more efficiency than before .and many residential parking management system has some limitations. The vehicle detection system based on PLC cell vehicles entering and leaving through the IC card without stopping the automatic access. IC card uses advanced RFID radio frequency technology, when vehicles from entering the work area of the system, comparing the cars and release them by identification procedures. It can control the vehicle through PLC district control center . improve efficiency and reduce the waiting time for visitors vehicles.
