位山灌区论文：位山灌区引黄泥沙问题分析与治理方案研究 【中文摘要】位山灌区是全国六个特大型灌区之一,为聊城市65%的农田灌溉和聊城市工业及水城建设提供了水源保证。同时,为保障天津、河北等地的城市用水安全,促进区域经济社会发展发挥了重要作用。由于黄河是多泥沙河流,位山灌区在引调黄河水的同时也引进了大量泥沙,清淤泥沙在沉沙池和输沙渠两侧己形成2.3万亩堆沙高地,由此引发了区域环境恶化、生产水平下降、社会矛盾激化等诸多问题,并直接影响到跨流域调水任务顺利实施和位山灌区可持续发展。本论文研究主要是通过对黄河的来水含沙情况进行分析,并根据灌区内各干渠控制灌溉面积、年引水量、引水时间计算出各干渠的引沙量,通过实地调研,来确定沉沙区的位置、范围,满足引黄灌溉及供水工程泥沙处理的需要。对沉沙池区泥沙治理进行系统的规划研究。泥沙治理措施研究包括：高地治理研究村庄搬迁及基础配套设施建设研究西输沙渠改造工程建设研究东西沉沙池连接渠工程建设研究沉沙池扩容研究。 【英文摘要】Weishan Irrigation area is one of the largest six Yellow River Water-diverson irrigation projects in China.It supplys 65 percent of the water used for agricuitural irrigation, industry and water city building in Liaocheng Distric.At same time,it supplys water for Tianjin city and Hebei province. It plays important role in promoting the region economic development. However, it also diverses large quantity sediment with water diverson, because Yellow River is a famous heavily slit-carrying river in the world. Desilting sediment has produced 1,533hm2 highland beside the sand channel and sand transport cannal. This has produced many problems such as region environmental deterioration, productivity level down and social contradiction sharpened and so on. This also directly impacts on water-diverson the mission of carrying out smoothly, and Weishan Irrigation area continual development.This paper have studied heavy sand pool using scheme mainly through sand containt in water flow of the Yellow River, situation analysis, and according to all the main control irrigation in irrigation area in diverted water volume, water diversion area and calculated the time each case led sediment, through investigation, to determine the scope of the investigation position, sank, meet the irrigation area and water engineering mud treatment needs.
