摘 要 目前，我国的运输车辆向大吨位、重型化方向发展的趋势明显ABSTRACT At present, the trend of Chinas transport vehicles’ developing to the direction of the large-tonnage, heavy-duty is obvious, it is need for extensive in-depth study of the optimization of the structure of the large-tonnage trucks. However, the loading quality of the large-tonnage transport vehicles is great, the use conditions is complex. To ensure that large-tonnage transport vehicles with good power, economy and acceleration, expanding the range of transmission gear ratio and increase the number of stalls is very important, so it is a key issue to design a transmission system that match the drive in the study of large-tonnage transport vehicles .In this paper, aim at optimum design the structural transmission of large-tonnage transport vehicles. we do the work as the following several aspects: First, by analyzing a variety of domestic and foreign medium, heavy-duty truck transmission system’s setup and working principle, summed up the various components of the vehicle drive system of the structure, function and working principle the large-tonnage transport. Then according to predetermined vehicle parameters by calculating the maximum engine power, maximum power speed determine the selection of engine models, refer to the existing types of vehicles allocation of transmission ratio with the designed in this way to identify large tonnage transport vehicles transmission ratio of the distribution program. And then analysis the function and composition of the major modules of the transport vehicles drive, and through access to the relevant literature and Design Manual, respectively, do the calculation and design for the various parts of the clutch, transmission, drive shaft, drive axle in detail, obtained the model and size of the important components of the transport vehicles for the 40t and have carried out a check of strength respectively, to meet the power transmission requirements of large-tonnage transport vehicles.Fina
