（ 二〇一七年一月 摘 要 随着金融业的发展，以及金融理财的观念在民众间的增加，人们对金融产品的要求越来越高，互联网金融就是在这样的情况下迅速崛起的。互联网金融的发展极大的改善了人们的生活，更大的改变了人们对于互联网金融的传统观念，也向传统金融市场提出了新的挑战，同时互联网金融的出现使得政府监管迎来了更大的挑战。 本篇文章主要以互联网金融为主要线索，经过查阅文献，调取资料，根据互联网金融在实际领域的应用显示出它的特点及它的优势。我们对互联网金融目前主流的模式做了分类，并对它们做了简要的介绍，并对互联网在几个方面的特点做了阐述。我们还对互联网金融的各种模式进行了排列和对比，做出了基于互联网金融的SWOT分析，通过分析得出我们需要的结果。最后对互联网金融目前在政策上的保护和不足做出了建议和监管。 关键词：互联网金融；SWOT分析；监管Abstract With the development of the financial industry, as well as the concept of financial management in the public, peoples demand for financial products more and more high, Internet banking is in such a case the rapid rise of the. The development of Internet banking has greatly improved peoples life, more people change the traditional concept of Internet banking, and puts forward the new challenge to the traditional financial market, and the emergence of the Internet financial regulation makes the government ushered in a bigger challenge. This article mainly to the Internet finance as the main clue, through literature review, data transfer, according to the application of Internet Finance in the actual field shows its characteristics and its advantages.
