Revision Description of Change Date 00 Initial July1, 2005 Prepared by: Reviewed and Approved by: Lawrence Chan 目的 Purpose: To provide a parking procedure for all vehicles parked in factory area. 适用范围 Scope： ll vehicles parked in factory area. 管理Regulations： 3.1 The Administration Department is responsible for the management of all vehicles parked in factory area. 3.2进入的车辆须按指定的车位停放。 All vehicles coming in the factory should park in the appointed area. .2.1自行车 Bicycle A.禁止从前门二号岗进入厂区，自行车只能停放在C栋宿舍。 Bicycles are prohibited to enter factory area from the front gate but parked in C block. B.自后门七号岗进入工厂的自行车禁止从六号岗进入厂区，须停放在E、F栋宿舍旁边指定的位置。 Bicycles entering from the rear gate should be parked in the parking lot next to dormitory E F. C.三轮车禁止进入工厂。 Tricycles are not permitted to enter factory area. 3.2.2摩托车 Motorcycle 　　A.所有从二号岗进入公司的摩托车都必须停放在三号岗对面的停车场；从七号岗进入工厂的 摩托车则停放E、F栋旁指定位置； All motorcycles entering from the front gate should be parked in the parking lot opposite the No 3 security post and those entering from the rear gate parked in the parking lot next to dormitory E F. 　　B.载货或载有重物的摩托车可以停放收发部旁边或收货部门门口旁但不可以堵塞消防通道 和长时间停留。 Loaded motorcycles can park next to/in front of Store Department but are not allowed to block fire fighting passage or stay long. 3.2.3 汽车 Automobile A.公司车辆停放在B1对面公司车辆专用车棚内，私家车、送货车和其它车辆不得停放；出厂门时保安凭《公司车辆离厂通行证》放行。 All company vehicles should park in the parking lot for the company opposite B1. A Vehicle Gate Pass is a must when leaving the factory. B.公司职员私人车辆停放在B1前的停车场。进厂时在大门保安处领取《厂内停车证》离厂 时交回。 All personal cars should park in the appointed parking lot in front of B1. Claim a Parking Card when entering the factory and hand back when leaving. C.访客等外来车辆停放在行政部前的访客车位。进厂时在大门保安处领取《厂内停车证》， 离厂时交回。 All visitor’s cars should park in the parking lot for visitors in front of Administration Department. Claim a Parking Card when entering the factory and hand back when leaving. D.供应商的车辆按指定停于收发部旁边划定的车位内。进厂时
