The identification formulated according to the “Communication channels” ensures facilitating the identification, filing and search of the communication. 范围Scope 本程序中的通讯是指建立合同关系的双方之间的通讯，或者合同/协议中规定的与第三方/或其他方之间的通讯。信函是指用于本工程联络的如下任一形式的文件： The communication in this procedure means the communication between both parties with cooperation relationship, or the one specified in the contract with the third party/others. Letters means the documents for liaison of this project in any manner below －信件 －传真 －传送单 －电子邮件 －Correspondence －Fax －Transferring sheet －Email 定义Definition 为满足本程序的需要，采用下列定义： Definition of words and expressions is presented as follows: 业主：巴西热力发电公司（CGTEE）； “Employer” means the Companhia de Gera??o Térmica de Energia Elétrica (hereinafter referred to as the CGTEE).
