摘要 本设计是为北京市某办公楼暖通空调系统设计。本设计结合北京地区的自然条件和本建筑结构的实际情况，对该建筑进行中央空调设计。本设计综合考虑了建筑各部分的结构特点及其用途，室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的方便和节能以及设备经济性等各种因素的基础上，对该建筑空调设计采用风机盘管加新风系统，新风通过墙洞引入。这样可以满足不同功能房间使用时间段人员活动情况的不同要求，布置灵活，控制方便。 设计中首先进行冷热负荷计算，然后确定空调系统形式，末端装置设备选型，然后进行平面布置，水力计算后确定水管和风管管径，完成平面图设计。然后进行制冷、制热站设计，首先进行冷、热源选择，技术比较后确定所用机组设备方案。对站房进行平面布置，选择附属设备，作机房系统图。防排烟系统设计，根据建筑物实际，严格按照防火防排烟规范，确定防烟排烟系统形式，进行平面和系统设计。空调系统设计中还要有保温与防腐设计、隔声与防震设计等。 随着社会进步，经济发展，生态环境和能源问题日益突出。人们越来越注意到可持续发展的重要性。中央空调系统是一个庞大复杂的系统，能耗很大，因此节能有很大空间。在进行系统设计过程中，关于系统选择和设备选型，本设计考虑了节能的要求。还有对于暖通空调系统的设计，每个环节都必须要严格按照国家、地区或行业的标准和规范执行，做到精心设计。 关键词：空调系统 风机盘管系统 通风系统 节能 ABSTRACT This HVAC design is one design of the office building in Beijing.This central air-conditioning design combines with the natural conditions of Beijing area and the actual situation of this building structure of the building. This design took into the building each part of structure and purpose, indoor comfortable environment, convenient operation and management and energy saving and equipment economy, various factors consideration, air conditioning design of the building use fan-coil unit plus fresh air system, and fresh air introduct through the hole in the wall. This can satisfy different requirements that different function rooms have diffferent use time and personnel activity, decorate flexible, convenient control. At first, I calculate cold and hot load in this design, then sure air conditioning system forms, selecte and layout terminal device equipment.hydraulic calculation after identifying pipe and duct diameters, then complete plan design. Then I design cooling, heating station.At first we select cold, heat source , technology used compared to determine the equipment scheme. Then we design the equipment room, choose equipments, layout equipment room system diagram. Smoke control system design, according to the building, in strict accordance with the actual fire smoke standard, sure smoke exhaust system form, carries on system design. Air conditioning
