摘 要 本次毕业设计是针对丹东义斌大厦给水排水及消防系统进行设计，主要包括给水系统、热水系统、消防系统、自动喷洒系统、排水系统以及雨水系统。 给水系统采用变频泵分区供水，-1层到7层为低区，8到14层为高区， 采用变频泵直接供水。 热水系统采用全循环下行上给的布置形式。分为两个区，分区方式与给水相同。 该建筑为高层综合楼，按照高层民用建筑防火规范室内设置完善的消火栓和自动喷洒系统。消火栓布置在该建筑各楼层，布置在明显的客房走廊中，电梯的前室以及地下室中均布有消火栓。其中水箱应贮存10min消防水量。本建筑属于中危险级建筑，采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。 本建筑的排水采用合流制排水系统，即粪便污水、洗涤污水采用一起排放的方式。雨水采用独立的排放系统，所有的污水经管道排到市政管网。 通过本次设计，了解了高层建筑给水排水及消防系统的细节。本次设计有建筑总平面图、系统图、平面图等共二十张。 关键词： 高层建筑；给水；排水；消防系统 Abstract This graduation design is some to the dandongCity to transact the building water supply inside the building to drain engineering to carry on a design and mainly include a building water supply system, hot water system, fire fight system an, automatically spray system, drain system and the house noodles rain water system.
