From two dimensions of value proposition and value creation process related with business model innovation, this research proposes that co-value creation is the value proposition of intelligent supply chain integration and “platform model + intelligent solution” is the core of value creation. This article takes ZKH, the typical enterprise in MRO industry, as a case to analyze the process of business model upgrading from traditional Foreign Service Agent to comprehensive servicer and then build innovative business model for upgrading the producer services distributors based on intelligent supply chain integration. The intelligent supply chain integration model based on co-value creation can open a new path to upgrade traditional producer service enterprises and provide theoretical basis for quick development of industrial internet.
