结构变动度在出院患者疾病构成及变化 分析中的应用 杨帆 南充市中心医院病案统计科四川省针灸学校四川 : 目的了解某院的病种来源，为提高咲院管理服务水平、加强疾病防治工作提供 依据。方法采用结构变动度回顾性分析某院2012年-2016年住院患者前10位 疾病构成及顺位变化。结果呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统疾病一直是某院的 前3位疾病;影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素、妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病 顺位有上升趋势，消化系统疾病顺位有下降趋势;上述3类疾病是2012年-2016 年引起疾病顺位结构变动较大的3大疾病，三者累计影响比率为47. 48%。结论 加强常见疾病的防治工作，重视顺位上升疾病的防治工作，继续抓好肿瘤的防 治工作是医疗工作的重点。 关键词： 结构变动度;疾病顺位;痰病构成; 2017-03-27 Application of Structural Change Degree in the Analysis of Disease Constitution and Change of Discharged Patients in Our Hospital Yang Fan Chen Dan Luo Zengyong Department of Medical Records and Statistics, Nanchong Central Hospital: Abstract： Objectives To understand the source of the disease in our hospital, provide basis for improving the level of hospital management and strengthening the prevention and treatment of disease. Methods To analyze the structural changes and the corresponding changes of the top ten diseases of patients in our hospital from 2012 to 2016 in the location. Results Respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system diseases were the top three diseases in our hospital. The factors that affected the health status and the contact with the health care institutions and the trend of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperal disease were on the rise，and there was a downward trend in the digestive system disease. The digestive system disease, affected the health state and health institutions and the contact factors, pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium disease were the three major diseases that caused the change of the structure of the disease from 2012 to 2016， the three cumulative contribution rate was 47. 48%. Conclusions Our hospital should strengthen the prevention and treatment of common diseases, pay attention to the prevention and treatment of diseases, and continue to do a good job in the prevention and treatment of cancer.
