摘 要 建设社会主义新农村,必须坚持以发展农村经济为中心，而发展农村经济离不开农村金融的支持。多数实证也表明农村金融对于我国农村经济发展起到了重要作用,但由于国家政策扶持不足等问题的存在,农村金融各项矛盾已经成为制约农村地区经济发展速度和巩固农村社会稳定和谐的瓶颈。合理的国家扶持政策,可以促进农村金融的发展,进而促进农村经济的发展。本文以此为出发点,探讨国内外几个国家农村金融扶持政策发展状况并进行比较分析，从中汲取经验，为我国农村金融发展提出可行性政策措施。 关 键 词:农村金融，国际比较，扶持政策 ABSTRACT To construct the new countryside, we must adhere to the economic growth of rural areas as the center.
