摘要 随着国际互联网的发展和信息技术的日新月异，电子商务正越来越深入影响着当今经济生活。如何合理地对设施选址、需求分派、运送方式和路线选择等进行决策，建立一套高效率的配送系统，从而降低配送成本，提高服务质量，成为电子商务物流业发展面临的重要问题。因此，具有较高的研究价值和实用价值。 物流配送作为电子商务的瓶颈之一，越来越明显地制约着电子商务的发展。在物流配送体系中，配送中心已逐渐成为现代物流的标志，并对整个物流配送体系的费用、效率和发展等产生影响。配送中心的地点一旦确定，长时间内不会更改。这就意味着如果配送中心地点确定得不合理，重新选择则要花费建造仓库等固定设施的庞大费用;而不重新选择又将长期使配送商品到各网点的运输费用过多，造成不必要的浪费。由此可见，配送中心的选址是否合理，对物流配送中心甚至整个物流体系的功能的发挥和综合效益的影响很大。 本文主要得到以下一些研究成果： 在查阅相关文献的基础上，总结了传统配送与电子商务环境下的配送的差异以及电子商务环境下物流配送所呈现出来的新特征。 通过对电子商务环境下的物流配送与传统物流配送的对比分析，结合实际情况，建立了电子商务配送中心选址模型和路线优化模型。 针对模型设计了求解算法。 关键词：电子商务，物流配送,配送中心选址，车辆路线问题 Abstract With the development of internet and information technique,e-commerce affects economic life more and more.It becomes the important problem facing with e-business logistics industry that how to make decisions on logical facility location,demand assignment,transportation mode and routing selection,establish high efficient distribution system so as to reduce the distribution cosand improve service quality. As a bottleneck of electronic commerce,logistics distribution seems more and more obviously restricting the development of electronic commerce.In logistics distribution system,distribution center is becoming the symbol of modern logistics,and effect the expense,efficiency and development of the entire logistics distribution system.Once the place of the distribution center confirms,it will not alter in long time.This means if the place of distribution center is confirmed unreasonably,reselect and build the center will spend such large expenses of regular facilities as the warehouse and so on.And it will take too much if not to reselect the center,that will enable being worthy of sending goods to every site for along time,because of the unnecessary waste.Therefore,whether the location of the distribution center is rational will influence the benefit of the logistic distribution center or even the whole logistic system.
