amount of construction waste emissions is so huge,that it seriously influence the harmonious development of social economic and ecological environment .Its comprehensive utilization has drawn the societys widely attention . This article expounds the components and the source of the construction waste and the current situation of dealing with the construction waste for domestic and foreign and its influence on air,water and soil,discusses the utilization of the concrete ,wood, bricks of the abandoned building.This article introduces the relevant policies of the construction wastes comprehensive utilization and the management system ,and points out the existing problem of the construction wastes comprehensive utilization and management in our country.In order to carry out the utilization of the construction waste in a planned and systematic way, it puts forward that we should take measures in laws,policies,management, technology research,source control and publicity and so on,and it shows the cycle management model which is suitable for our country.
