In spite of claims to the contrary, there is substantial evidence that leadership is positively related to a variety of individual and organizational outcomes. The leadership style and execution of a leader often affect a company or organizations policy direction even the rise and fall of the institutional fortunes. Employee commitment is the employees psychological attachment to the organization, which could reflect the quality of the leadership in the organization. Execution excellence is the acid test of an organization’s direction, its leadership, and its capabilities. In high-performing organizations there is a natural rhythm and flow to execution(rule). Only to find out the relationship between leadership styles, organizational commitment and the employee executive, clearly show how they affect each other through a number of assumptions and data analysis, the leaders could truly take the advantages of management expertise to work for maximum efficiency. In this paper, we proposed several assumptions and after combining with our data which collected from more than 150 questionnaires, we clearly explain why
