摘 要 随着2009年9月联合国气候变化峰会、2009年12月哥本哈根全球气候变化峰会以及2010年3月全国两会的相继召开，“低碳”将成为中国经济发展的新动力和引擎，同时，“低碳经济”的概念也不可避免的传递到物流行业，作为与低碳经济紧密相关的新兴服务产业，“低碳物流”以其独特的优势和巨大的市场前景已经成为世界经济发展的热点。让物流从“能耗大户”走向“低碳产业”，企业是当仁不让的主角。因此，本文以低碳经济的产生、内涵为前提，引出低碳物流和碳管理的概念，同时将低碳经济和低碳物流的关系加以阐述，把目前我国物流业存在的某些“高碳”现象作为切入点，以实现“低碳物流”的要求为根本目标，从运输，仓储，装卸，包装，流通加工，配送，信息处理等物流的各个范畴，构想我国低碳经济下的企业物流管理体系。 关键词 低碳经济 低碳物流 碳管理 企业物流管理体系 Abstract As the 2009 united nations summits and the copenhagen summit in march the national cppcc subsequently,low-carbon will be the new power of chinas economic development .Low-carbon economic concept has passed to the logistics industry. As low carbon economy is closely related to the new service industry, low-carbon logistics has become the hot topic with its unique advantages and huge market. Let logistics transform from the big energy consumption to low carbon industry, businesses are taken for translations of words. Therefore, in the premise of the generate and content of the economy in low-carbon, it lead to low-carbon logistics and the management concept.Concurrently, low-carbon economic and low-carbon logistics relationship is elaborated through the phenomenon of high carbon,and to the requirement for the ultimate goal of low carbon logistics, built our low carbon economic concept of the enterprise logistics management system from storage, transportation, loading and unloading of the packing process, circulation and distribution, information from various aspects .
