毕业设计 题目:名片盒上盖的注塑模具设计 作 者 届 别 15届 系 别 机电系 专 业机械制造设计及其自动化 指导老师 职 称 讲师 完成时间 2015年5月  摘　要 本文设计以“名片盒”为主题。其中设计内容主要是从零件的工艺分析开始，依据工艺要求来确定设计的思路。在设计中，许多东西都是自己所没有接触过的特别是最近学到的理论知识,现在自己动手设计、运行设计秩序从零件的材料选择,接下来是成形参数的确定密度、收缩率,之间的关系类型的模具设计,塑料零件的尺寸精度和结构,选择注射机和模具设计大小的计算(包括模具型腔而固化核心计算和确定公差)、注塑机参数检查、模具结构设计、模具冷却和加热系统的计算,选择注射模标准零件和装配技术要求,等等。 其次是模具结构,模具结构的设计和设计模具型腔结构第一,紧随其后的是核心结构,指导机制,推杆和介绍,目标是标准化,更重要的是为了和生产人员合作在未来。让自己有一个良好的设计习惯,锻炼他们的合作意识。为以后的工作做一次彩排,这样更能体现理论与实践的结合。 关键词:型腔 型芯 注射模具 推杆。 Abstract In this paper, design with card case as the theme. The main design content from parts of process analysis, according to the technological requirements to determine the design train of thought. Followed by the mould structure, the design of die structure and design of the mold structure first, followed by the core structure, guiding mechanism, push rod and introduced, the target is standardized, more important is to cooperate with production personnel in the future.
