本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：某企业生产线平衡改善研究 专题题目：GA03线平衡分析与改善 学 院：机电工程学院 专 业：工业工程 班 级： 学 号： 学 生： 指导教师： 职称： 时间：2011年6月3日 摘 要 随着21世纪全球经济的一体化，制造业的竞争日趋激烈。在流水线式生产的模式下，提高生产线的效率和产能，节约人员及设备，减少在制品，以及实现产线的敏捷化制造等越来越受到企业的重视。生产线平衡率这一指标在某种程度上可以衡量生产线平衡性的高低以及生产线上人员、设备的利用情况。 本文针对光宝力信科技（赣州）有限公司生产现场的生产线平衡率偏低（只有71.39%）的实际情况，通过运用工业工程的基本理论与改善手法提高生产线平衡率，从而提高公司的生产效率与效益。本文概述了生产线平衡的相关理论知识以及工业工程的相关改善手法,阐明了影响生产线平衡的要素。通过工时测定、作业分析的方法对企业生产线现场进行研究，找出问题所在，并提出了生产线平衡的改善方案。运用动作研究、工序重组以及布局的优化对企业现有的生产线进行了改善，将生产线平衡率提高至81.09%，提高了企业的经济效益，也表明了工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的有效作用。 关键词：生产线平衡；节拍；工时；改善 ABSTRACT With the integration of global economy in 21st century, manufacturing is becoming more competitive. In the assembly of line-style production model, improving efficiency and productivity in the production line, saving personnel and equipment, reducing the products in progress, and realizing agile manufacturing in the production lines are getting more and more attention of enterprises. The line balance rate, as a indicator, can be to measure the balance in the production line and the utilization of personnel and equipment in the production line. This article is based on the low production line balance rate (only 71.39%) in Lite-On Shin Technology (Ganzhou) Co., then uses basic theory and improving gimmick of industrial engineering to improve the production line balance rate, so as to improve the companys production efficiency and benefit. This paper describes the related theoretical knowledge of the line balance and the improving gimmick of industrial engineering, and it elaborates elements of line balancing. It studies enterprise production line scene with the methods of man-hour determination and Job Analysis to find the problems, then makes a program to improve the direction of the line balance. By using technologies of action research, process restructuring and layout optimization, it improves the companys existing production lines, and makes the line balance rate increase to 81.09%, so as to
