环保型脲醛树脂胶粘剂的研究 系 名： 材料系 专 业：金属材料工程 班 级学 号：0340602123 姓 名：吴永林 指导教师：郭文录 材料科学与工程学院 2007年06月18日 摘 要 介绍了脲醛树脂的国内研究现状及其性能特点，着重研究了反应机理，根据技术要求，进行了研制工艺的选择，实验方案的确定。主要研究了加入不同改性剂（包括加入量和加入时间）和改变甲醛与尿素的物质的量的比，制得的脲醛树脂进行对比，以评定它们对树脂的环保性能和游离甲醛含量的影响。采用加入亚硫酸钠，利用玫红酸滴定的方法测试树脂中游离甲醛含量，通过测黏度来测树脂的稳定性，在保证黏度的情况下，使得游离甲醛的含量低于2%。详述了反应终点的控制方法，不同反应阶段的反应时间长短，反应温度的限度，pH值的范围及碱——酸——碱地反应路线在实验过程中我们对每次的产品进行了检测，确定了环保型脲醛树脂胶粘剂的最佳配方，同时对各种影响因素进行了分析和讨论，解决了游离甲醛含量低于2%的难题，保证了产品的质量，该胶粘剂有很好的发展前景。 关键词：脲醛树脂； 环保型； 游离甲醛含量 ； 改性剂 Abstract It has introduced the characteristic of urea formaldehyde resin’s performance and current situation of the domestic research in resin, as well as the requirements of reaction mechanism empHatically.
