银叶蓝钟花茎尖组织培养研究 Study on Meristem Culture of Cyananthus argenteus Marq 云南农业大学 园林园艺学院2006级 摘 要 以银叶蓝钟花茎尖为外植体，以期筛选出诱导愈伤组织分化和丛生芽生根的最佳培养基。同时研究了银叶蓝钟花组织培养中材料的消毒时间对消毒效果的影响。试验结果表明，培养基MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L是愈伤组织诱导分化相对较好的培养基；培养基MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.6mg/L是银叶蓝钟花生根培养较好的培养基。在以75%的酒精消毒30秒后，用0.1%的升汞消毒8分钟，对实验材料的消毒效果相对较好。 关键词：银叶蓝钟花；消毒时间；诱导率；玻璃化 ABSTRACT The meristem tip of Cyananthus argenteus Marq as explants to induce callus selected and multiple shoots the best medium for rooting.
