Methods Anal sis of clin ical and muscle patholog ical data com b ined w ith literatures were m ade for a patient w ith RMARF. Results The patient who had experienced exercise induced RM for 5 ears. A lcohol drink ing and infection were led to RM w ith ARF for this tmi e. Therew as nonspecial in flammator feature in light m icroscope b biops . The principle of RM m anagem en t was prevention of h povolem ia and acidification of urine. H em odial sis (HD) w as chosen for treatm ent of ARF and basic recover w as obtained. Conclusions The etiolog of th is patient m a be the alcohol drinking, particularl the infection wh ich developed on the basis of recurrent RM. M uscle b iops is usefu l not on l for observing the patholog ical features of RM, but also for d ifferentiation of etiological factors. TheHD therap used in tmi ema be the ke to get favorab le effect for th is case.
