摘 要随着计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术的快速发展，可编程控制器的覆盖面已经扩展到工业控制领域，使工业控制系统从传统的集中式控制向分布式控制方向发展，这就促使可编程控制器具有网络和通讯功能。西门子公司生产的S7-200 PLC具有运行可靠性高，性价比高等特点，使其在国内占据很大的市场，其内部的通信口提供了强大的通信功能，其中的自由口通讯功能，使PLC和PLC、PLC和上位机以及PLC和智能仪表之间能够方便的进行通讯，大大的扩大了PLC的控制能力和控制领域，简化了系统的安装，实现了系统的全面自动化和智能化。本文针对西门子公司生产的S7-200 PLC的自由口通信进行研究，通过搭建基于PLC自由口通信的分拣控制系统，实现了主从PLC之间通过自由口进行通讯，并使主机能够通过自由口监控从机分拣状态，以及对从机回应指令的应答和控制从机完成分拣过程。关键词：可编程控制器；PLC；自由口通信；S7-200ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the programmable logic controller coverage has been extended to the field of industrial control, make the industrial control system change from the traditional centralized control to distributed control direction, which makes the programmable controller has the function of network and communication.Siemens company produce the S7-200 PLC, it has high reliability, high performance cost ratio, which make it occupy a large market in China, its internal communication provides a powerful communication function.
