摘 要 随着经济的全球化、信息技术的发展以及竞争环境的迅猛变化,对物流提出了新的要求,不仅要求物流在降低成本、提供方便快捷服务方面有所提升,还要求物流企业能够提供一整套的供应链解决方案,从而提高企业的整体竞争力。在这种情况下第四方物流这一新兴的物流方式应运而生。第四方物流是一个新事物，是以第三方物流为基础稳步发展第四方物流，选择建立第三方物流与第四方物流协作模式。 文章首先对第四方物流在国内外的发展现状进行总结分析,发现第四方物流在国外已进入成熟阶段,而在国内还处于萌芽阶段。其次,从发展第三方物流、培养专业物流人才、改变企业经营策略以及转变政府职能等方面,提出了在我国发展第四方物流的对策和建议。 关 键 词: 第四方物流 第三方物流 供应链 Abstract Along with the economic globalization, the development of information technology and the rapid change of competition environment, puts forward new requirements on logistics, demand not only in reducing logistics cost, to provide convenient services improved, also asked logistics companies can provide a whole set of supply chain solutions, so as to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises. In this case the first fourth party logistics is a new logistics mode arises at the historic moment. The fourth party logistics is a new thing, is based on third party logistics has been a steady development of fourth party logistics, third party logistics and fourth party logistics cooperation of the choice of mode. This article first to the fourth party logistics at home and abroad, summarized the current situation of the development of analysis, found that the fourth party logistics in foreign countries has already entered the mature stage, and in domestic is still in its infancy.
