摘 要 近年来，随着汽车行业内的竞争日益激烈，汽车产业对物流水平的要求不断升级，汽车生产企业以及第三方整车物流企业物流水平在不断提高，对整车运输商的要求也在不断提高。营口顺通公司目前管理理念和技术水平都比较落后，难以与现代化的整车物流运作接轨。因此，分析整车运输管理存在的问题并提出改进策略，提升竞争力，对营口顺通公司的发展具有重要意义。 本论文包括四部分：第一部分，阐述了汽车整车物流相关理论及发展现状，并研究了我国整车物流运输行业政策；第二部分，对营口顺通公司整车运输管理的现状进行分析；第三部分归纳营口顺通公司整车运输管理存在的问题，并分析问题产生的根本原因；第四部分提出营口顺通公司整车运输管理的改进对策。 关键词：整车物流；物流管理；第三方物流；运输管理 Abstract In recent years, with the increasing competition in the automotive industry, the level of auto industry logistics requirements has been growing, auto vehicle manufacturers and third party logistics enterprises have been improving too, as a result, the demand of vehicle transporters is improving. The management and technology of Yingkou Shun Tong are back- ward, its difficult to integrate with the operation of modern finished vehicle logistics. Therefore, it has great significance for the company that to analyze the problems in operations and management of vehicle transportation and propose some improvement strategies to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This article has four chapters: in the first chapter, it expounded the theory and the development of automobile logistics, and analysis the sector policies of vehicle logistics and transport in China; in the second chapter, it introduced the current situation of transportation management in Yingkou Shuntong; in the third chapter, it finds the problems in Vehicle Transportation Management and analysis the causes of the problems; in the last chapter, this article proposes vehicle countermeasures to improve transport management in Yingkou Shun Tong.
