毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 辉光等离子稀土催渗 离子氮化的研究 学 院： 材料科学与工程学院 专 业： 材料成型及控制工程 学生姓名： 方正权 学 号： 0701020110 指导老师： 高 原 职 称： 教 授 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2011年 5 月 25日 摘 要 磨损、腐蚀和断裂是机械零部件、工程构件的三大主要破坏形式，涉及工农业生产和人民生活的各个领域。它所导致的经济损失十分惊人。据不完全统计，机械零件的80％失效原因是源于磨损和腐蚀。据一些工业发达国家统计，在失效的机械零件中，约75％属于金属磨损和腐蚀。磨损和腐蚀给工业国家带来的损失可达国民生产总值的2％～8％，消耗了极为宝贵和有限的资源和能源。因此，研究解决磨损、腐蚀问题有现实的意义。 解决机械零件、工程构件磨损、腐蚀和断裂问题的最佳途径就是通过热处理增强零件或构件的表面机械强度。在传统热处理的基础上我们引入了等离子渗氮。离子氮就是利用真空辉光放电的方法把氮渗入金属表面形成的一种化学热处理方法离子渗氮作为强化金属表面的一种化学热处理方法，广泛适用于铸铁、碳钢、合金钢等。 等离子Abstract Wear , corrosion and rupture is the three main component failure modes of mechanical parts and construction , involved the industrial and agricultural production and people in all spheres of life. And that resulting economic loss is quite amazing. According to not complete count,mechanical parts in 80% failure reason is rooted of abrasion and corrosion.According to some industrialized countries to statistics,in failure of mechanical parts, and about 75% belong to metal wear and corrosion.Wear and corrosion to industrial nation bring losses can reach GNP 2% ~ 8%, and consumes invaluable and limited resources and energy.Therefore, to study and solve wear and corrosion problems have realistic significance.The best way to resolve the wear,corosion and fracture of the mechanical parts and engineering component is that strengthen parts or components surface mechanical strength by heat treatment .On the basis of traditional heattreatment, we have introduced plasma permeability nitrogen . Ionodialysis nitrogen is a chemical heat treatment method.
