The black-white television came to our life when it’s 1980.And we met the network news with one special style when it’s 90s last century. The computer has become popular which also made the network news popular too at the beginning of 21century.The widely use of the smart phone the table computer made the internet the first choice for people to get the useful information. So, Why the network has becoming so popular that you can even see them anyway? And Would that be possible if the network news has more superiority than the tradition paper news? And How did the network change our habits ? How The law that our country made can make the network more perfect .more useful? So that it can be made the best value to every one .
