摘要 随着全球经济一体化以及世界科学技术的迅猛发展，各个企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈，企业资金的周转程度关系到企业能不能在激烈的竞争中取得胜利。资金的周转流动在企业中的地位越来越重要，加速企业的资金周转在整个财务管理乃至企业管理中具有重要的地位。资金是企业进行生产经营活动以及扩大经营范围、战略目标的必要条件，但是，现在的很多企业都面临着资金缺乏，无法运行的问题，这已成为许多企业发展中共同面临的问题。要想从长远的角度以及根本上解决企业资金流转的问题，就必须从企业的内部进行管理，严把企业资金流动的方向，加强资金的回收管理，从而使得企业能够加快资金周转，提高企业经济效益。本文分析研究了加速企业资金周转的重要性，分析了当前影响企业资金周转的一些因素，提出了相应的措施。 关键字：资金Abstract With the rapid development of global economic integration and the world of science and technology, the competition is increasingly fierce, the enterprise capital turnover degree related to the enterprise can win in the fierce competition.
