公司仓储作业流程分析与优化方案毕业设计论文报告.doc

摘要 本文主要以XX公司的仓储中心为研究对象，对该公司现状进行深入调查与分析，具体包括：仓储类型的调查与分析、出入库货量的调查与分析、作业流程的调查与分析、货物分布统计分析、货物包装尺寸的统计与分析与货物储位管理现状分析。在充分的调查分析中发现目前XX公司仓储作业中存在的问题，并结合仓储作业的流程提出应该解决的问题：如何对作业流程进行改进以提高作业效率？如何选用合适的作业工具来提升作业效率同时节省成本？怎样合理布局，扩大存储面积？怎样对订单进行处理以缩短作业时间？如何对库存进行优化来处理出入库货物受时间影响的不平衡性。 基于充分调查分析，提出建立暂存区来全面改善现在仓储作业流程的设想。通过分析得出的详细数据，对不同装卸搬运作业工具的使用进行了成本计算与经济分析，经过比较挑选出了最优方案。结合装卸搬运工具的使用，具体规划建立暂存区后的仓库布局，并对作业流程进行了新的调整。基于对XX公司仓储作业量随时间变动的不平衡性的分析，提出人员调配的合理方案。结合仓库布局的变动，以及合理的储位管理方法，对货物存储布局提出了合理建议，从而提升仓储作业效率。 经过分析与优化，XX公司的作业流程得到极大改善，作业效率大幅提高，能够满足公司发展的需求。 关键词：仓储、作业流程、装卸搬运工具、储位优化、统计分析。  Abstract This text mainly regards in the center of storage of XX Company as the research object. By investigating and analysing the current situation of this company , include specifically: Investigation and analysis of the storage type, investigation and analysis of the goods quantity of stock movement in and out of the warehouse, investigation and analysis of the operation procedure, goods of the warehouse distribute statistical analysis,the statistics and analysis of the pack ,and the management of the current situation of the good store,find out the problem existing in XX Company's storage operation at present. Combining the procedure of the homework of storage and proposing the problems which should be solved.Include: How to improve the operation procedure in order to improve the efficiency? How to select to promote operation efficiency and save the cost at the same time with the operation tool suitable? How to expand the area of storing? How to deal with the order in order to shorten activity duration? How to optimize the stock to deal with the disequilibrium of the stock movement in and out of the warehouse goods influenced by time. On the basis of fully investigating and analysing, I propose the imagination of setting up the storing area temporarily. Calculate the cost which uses different tools.Combine the carry tools.Set up the warehouse overall arrangement. And carry on new adjustment to the homework
