海南医学2013年9月第24卷第18期 Hainan Med J, Sep. 2013, Vol. 24, No. 18 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6350.2013.18.1172 ·护 理· 品管圈活动在规范急诊血标本送检流程中的应用 许少辉，周朝红，曾 艳 (海南省人民医院急诊科，海南 海口 570311) 【摘要】 目的 规范急诊血标本送检流程，缩短送检时间，确保标本安全，提高送检效率。方法 进行现状 调查、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施、效果检查及巩固措施等程序，比较开展品管圈前后血标本运送 不完善率改善情况。结果 急诊血标本运送总不完善率由改善前的84.3%下降至14.0%；各项不完善率开展前 后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01) ；在抽血时间、送检时间、交接时间开展前后进行比较，各项差异均有统计学 意义(P0.01) 。结论 开展此次品管圈活动不仅大幅度缩短了送检时间，且确保了标本安全，送检效率大幅度提 高，达到预期目标，同时还提高了圈员的质量管理意识、创新意识、策划能力，值得借鉴。 【关键词】 品管圈；血标本；送检流程 【中图分类号】 R472.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 1003—6350（2013 ）18—2800—03 Application of quality control circle activities in normalizing the transport process of emergency blood specimen. Methods WE performed present situation investigation, analysis of reasons, goals setting, countermeasures developing, organizing and implementing, effect inspecting, mea- sures strengthening, and compared the imperfect ratio of specimen transport after developing the quality control circle activities.Results The imperfect ratio of the transport of emergency blood specimen was decreased from 84.30% to 14.0%, with statistically significant difference between all kinds of imperfect ratio (P0.01). The time of hemospasia, transport and delivery all showed statistically significant difference (P0.01). Conclusion Developing the quality control circle activities not only shortens the transport time
