摘 要 With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, manual mode has been unable to meet the needs of a modern office。Office automation system as an important tool to improve work efficiency, to standardize office systems, to reduce office costs and to facilitate leadership decision-making, e-office is leading the trend of the modern office. In the article，we proposed Standardized management system for scientific research accounts which uses the computer to manage information and aims to clearly know the accounts information, Check payments at any time, View Accounts Report ,and further improving the colleges efficiency, while significantly reducing the probability of error,and provide reliable data for the leader’s Business decision . The normal operation of the system for the universities bring direct economic benefits, The system of background maintenance can also increase the system security, Data security protection has also been very good. The system uses the B / S structure ,and Php as a development language, Mysql as a database development and design.
