The VLR stores its subscription information for the MS, including the latest location and status (idle). The VLR sends acknowledgement to the MS. * Parameter ATT should always be set to YES so that the system is alerted when the mobile powers on or off. This will prevent unnecessary pagings of the mobile when it is no longer available. BTDM should be set equal T3212.
