After the reform and opening up, along with the market economy to accelerate the process of non-agricultural income higher than agricultural income, the small scale of relatively low yielding family decentralized management model has been unable to adapt to the current agricultural production costs higher. In order to prevent the decrease of land management income, under the premise of not changing the ownership of land, some farmers come up with funds, land, equipment and other ways set up cooperatives to jointly operate. While the practice shows that farmers are willing to participate in this spontaneous establishment, self-management, self financing of cooperatives with its low threshold, anti risk, increase production and reduce energy consumption characteristics. In support of national policy, Keshan County farmers are very eager to join cooperatives. The rapid establishment of a variety of cooperatives, in which agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in the development of the scale and economic benefits of the most prominent. In just 6 years, Keshan County established 52 agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, 30 which the size of over ten million yuan, the range of services covering the whole county. The rapid development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives and the expansion of the scale of directly promoting the agricultural products per mu yield increase, accelerate the circulation of rural land, the orderly transfer of labor force, to achieve the effective integration of agricultural resources, to ensure the position of agriculture as the foundation of Keshan County, stabilize grain production, play a positive role in promoting the county level
