On the basis of single factor tests, wind quantity, anemogenous febrile disease and feed material velocity affecting enrichment powder velocity were firstly evaluated, and then the preparation conditions were optimized by response surface methodology. The optimal preparation conditions were determined as wind quantity was 35.135 m3/h, anemogenous febrile disease was 498 mL/h, and feed material velocity was 498 mL/h. Under these conditions, the predictive value of enrichment powder velocity was up to 86.3 %.
