济南市济钢片区城市设计国际咨询公告International Consulting Bulletin on Urban Design of Jigang Area, Jinan 济南是山东省省会城市，国家历史文化名城，也是环渤海地区南翼的中心城市。济钢片区位于济南市中心城区东北部，是城市次中心的重要组成部分和新旧动能转换的重要载体，依托山东省新旧动能转换发展契机进行片区整合，打造产城融合的济南东部新亮点。Jinan is the capital city of Shandong Province, a famous national historical and cultural city, and the central city in the southern wing of the Bohai Sea rim district. Located in the northeast of the central urban area in Jinan, Jigang Area is an important part of urban subcenter and an important carrier of old and new kinetic energy conversion, and relies on the development opportunity of new and old kinetic energy conversion to conduct the area integration, thus creating a new highlight of city-industry integration in the east of Jinan. 为了以国际视野谋求更高水平的规划，指导济钢片区建设，济南市规划局、济南城市投资集团有限公司组织本次城市设计国际咨询工作。In order to pursue the planning at a higher level from an international perspective and guide the construction of Jigang Area, Jinan Urban Planning Bureau and Jinan Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. have arranged this international consultation of urban design. 一、咨询目标I. Consulting objectives 本次咨询活动的目的在于集思广益，通过邀请国内外高水平的设计机构征集具远见、富创意并且切实可行的城市设计方案，以国际视野、前瞻性的发展理念明确济钢片区的功能定位、产业规划、空间布局，实现地区转型升级与可持续发展，优化片区生态环境，留存城市工业记忆，塑造现代新城风貌，打造济南“新旧动能转换”和“城市双修”示范区。The purpose of this consultation activity is to draw upon all the useful opinions, solicit visionary, innovative and feasible urban design plans for core area through inviting international top design institutions, clarify the functional localization, industrial planning and spatial arrangement of Jigang Area with international view and prospective development concept, realize the regional transformation/upgrading and sustainable development, optimize an ecological environment, retain the urban industrial memory, form the modern new urban landscape and create Old and New Kinetic Energy Conversion and Urban Renovation and Restoration demonstration area in Jinan. 二、咨询内容 II.
