准备工作 pre-work 准备所需工具：prepare for tooling: 记录仪（每次使用前保证已充电）recording instrument (ensure charged up before using) 吸热块absorbing heat block 隔热箱heat insulation box 热电偶、待测产品等thermocouple\ products waiting for measure 设备联结equipment coupling 根据产品的结构选定测量点，依次按编号将热电偶与数据记录器及产品测量点连接在一起，将数据记录器放入隔热箱内，置于吸热块上面 Select the check point according to the structure of product, connect the thermocouple and data recorder and product check point together, put the data recorder in the heat insulation 按下Start按纽press start button 按下Start按纽约3秒，记录器状态（Status）红色灯闪烁3次，绿色灯Off，说明记录器已触发。 press start button about 3 second, after the red light glitter 3 times and the green light OFF , then the recorder start 关上隔热箱close heat insulation 关上隔热箱，确保四个扣都要扣牢以保证内部记录器不会过热 close the heat insulation to insure 4 buttons firmly ,inner recorder is not over heat 进炉put into furnace 按测量产品的工艺要求设定钎焊参数，当炉温稳定时，炉温跟踪仪方可进炉测量，测量时，应在测量件后放1排待钎焊产品，隔热箱前后各放1~2个调温架，确保炉温稳定，产品摆放按产品的工艺要求摆放。 Set brazing parameter according to the process, when the furnace temperature stable, furnace tracking can be put into the furnace. Put 1 rows parts waiting for brazing, and 1or two rows temperature adjust frame front and back of the bag, to ensure the furnace stable the product should be put according to the process requirement. 出炉out of furnace 从测温产品取下热电偶 打开保温箱，取出记录仪 按下红色按钮约3秒，指示灯连续闪烁几次，红色指示灯亮，表示已经停止，数据还没有拷贝出来 把吸热块拿出来冷却 take off thermocouple from products open keep-warm case, take out recording instrument press red button for 3s, indicate light continue twinkle for several times, red indicate light is bright which indicate stop without copying data . take out absorbing block for cooling 读取数据 read data to computer 记录仪和电脑连接 打开Datapaq软件 点击下载按钮 软件提示下载完成，分离数据线 record instrument and computer connect open Datapaq software click download button software indicate download finished, separate data line. 充电 charge 每次用完以后充电30~60分钟，绿色灯亮表示充电完成。 30~60min charge after used, green light show finished 结束工作 finished working 设备正确摆放put
