架线及附件安装施工、运行注意事项 Precautions on installation, construction and operation of lines and fittings 架线安装 Line installation 采用张力放线，张力机采用双鼓轮式，要有手闸，全液压制动。 Tension setting out shall be employed, and the tensioner shall be double-wheel and fully hydraulic type with hand brake. 牵引机应有足够的抗张拉力。 The traction machine shall have sufficient tensile breaking strength. 牵引绳可以是金属或尼龙绳，牵引绳应有足够的强度承受牵引张力。牵引绳必须和电线绞合方向一致，以防止在张力情况下产生扭转趋势。 The pulling rope can employ metal or nylon rope and it shall have sufficient strength to bear the traction tension. The pulling rope shall have the same stranding direction with the power lines so as to avoid twist in case of tension. 滑轮：放线滑轮直径，导线不小于线径的25倍，OPGW不小于线径的40倍。滑轮应镶砌聚氨脂或橡胶，滑轮上应有沟槽，以防止防线过程中发生扭转。 Pulleys: The diameter of setting-out pulleys shall not be smaller than 25 times of the line diameter for the conductor, and not smaller than 40 times of the line diameter for OPGW. The pulleys shall use PU or rubber and grooves shall be made on the pulleys to avoid twist during setting out. 放线过程 Setting out 导、地线采用张力放线，放线前紧线塔和锚线塔应打好临时拉线。架线弧垂表中的弧垂已考虑初伸长对弧垂的影响，观测弧垂时可按当时的环境气温查取。导、地线观测弧垂后必须立即安装附件（线夹、防振锤）以防振动断股。 Both conductors and ground wires shall employ tension setting out. Prior to setting out, temporary guy wires shall be built for line stringing and anchoring on the tower. Since the sag in the installation sag table has considered the impact of primary elongation on the sag, the sag can be obtained via the table according to the actual temperature. The fittings (clamps and vibration dampers) must be installed immediately after observation of sag for conductors and ground wires to avoid strand breaking due to vibration. 导、地线在放线过程中，应采取措施，防止导、地线的拖拉及相互摩擦。禁止硬物支撑，以保持导、地线表面光滑。每基塔应有人看护并配置通信工具，以防导地线脱出放线滑轮。 During the installation of conductor and ground wires, measures shall be taken to avoid pulling/dragging the conductor and ground wire and the frictions between them. To keep smooth surface of conductor and ground wire, hard objects are forbidden to use as supports.
