Please fill in the card after purchasing motor. 2. Our company guarantees motor in good working for a year (not exceeding 2 year from the date on which motor is started shipment ) .And will repair , change it or parts free of charge if any fault is resulted from motor during the period time. 3. The company will collect the cost fees for maintenance , if custom uses inappropriately motor and during the guarantee period. Introduction about the products Y2 series 3—phase asynchronous motor is the new basic series motor updated design based on Y series motor. Y2 series motor is up to the technical standard JB/T8680, and reaches the similar product level in the world. 二、Service Conditions 2.1 An altitude should not be over 1000 meters above sea level. 2.2 An ambient temperature is not exceeding 40℃. 2.3 The minimum ambient temperature is -15℃. 2.4 The average relative humidity for month in most humid month is 90%,and the lowest average temperature is not higher than 25℃. 2.5 The motor can not be used in the ambience with a inflammable gas ,a chemical perishable gas , or other harmful gas ,and must be used in the ambience with a good ventilation. The preparation before the mounting 3.1 After opening package of motor, Please examine whether it is sound ,and is moistened. 3.2 Check carefully whether the motor is damaged ,and whether the data on the nameplate ,such as the rated power ,voltage and frequency ,conform to the requirement. 3.3 Check the assembly parts if there are deformity damage and loose or fall of fasteners. 四、Setting of motor 4.1 The setting of motor must be done by technician .Mounting foundation must be solid , mounting surface is flat for the motor with a chassis ,otherwise it runs unstable ,and bearing is easy to damage. 4.2 Motor
