This article introduces the working principle and the prospects for development several kinds of powder material racking machines. This article also introduces the working principle of the air distributing head Powder Meterial Racking Machine,and describes the designing and calculation to the structure of the whole machine. This machine mainly includes two parts: Subpackage forehead and Master drive system. The distributing head part adopts airflow distributing head, using vacuum suction powder and powder blowing process. The master drive system actuates through the host electrical machinery, to pass through a standard gearbox, and then pass through a incomplete gearbox which is used to creat intermittent motion. At last through a series of gear-meshing the motion is deliveried to the moving parts including the conveyer belt, the Institutions for bottles and the Roller Cypriot institutions. The motion of the two parts is regulated by the Control panel.
