摘 要 教师评价是教育管理的重要方面，也是促进教育发展和教师发展的重要手段。学生评教体现了学校管理者对学生权利的尊重，以及促进师生沟通的愿望，应该在促进教师与学生的发展方面发挥积极的作用。设计一套科学合理的教职工综合测评体系，建立一个适应新情况、便捷、高效的教职工综合测评系统，是各个高校迫切需要解决的问题。 此次设计的评教系统的设计采用当前较为流行的B/S结构和JSP动态网页开发技术，基于Windows XP Professional操作系统和SQL Server 2005数据库。在国内外现有研究的基础上，结合高校教学管理的现状，从实际需求出发，设计并实现了一个功能较为完善的学生评教系统。该系统实现了基本的分角色登录以区分各自的权限，将系统分为三大模块，即学生登录模块、教师登录模块、管理员登录模块。在三大模块之下实现了学生选课、学生评教、教师选课任课、教师查看评教结果、学生信息管理、教师信息管理、课程信息管理、评教成绩查询等诸多功能。 本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷。 关键词：B/S模式；学生评教；JSP；SQL Server2005 ABSTRACT Teacher evaluation is an important aspect of educational administration and critical measure to improve the quality of education and teachers development. Students evaluation of teaching embodies respect of school administrators for students rights,and the desire to promote the communication between teachers and students, so it should play a positive role in promoting the development of the teachers and students. Designing a set of scientific, reasonable and comprehensive assessment system is an urgent problem to be solved in many universities. The design of teaching evaluation system uses the current relatively popular B/S structure and the JSP dynamic web development technology,and the system is designed based onWindows XP operating system and SQL Server 2005.The design and implementation of the relatively perfect teaching system is on the basis of existing research at home and abroad , combining with the current situation of college teaching management,designed from the actual requirement.The system implements deifferent roles in order to distinguish the limits of their respective login,and the system is divided into three stages: the students login module, teachers login module and administrator login module. Under the three modules the system achieved the course selection of students, evaluation of teaching, classroom teachers, elective teachers view the teaching evaluation results, students information management, teachersinformation management, management of progr
