Sitting posture prompting earphone Group members: Product introduction Now I am honored to introduce our new product to all of you. It is a earphone which warns users when they seat at a wrong posture. It is through controlling the distance between eyes and books to play the role of warning , and the distance could be adjusted by yourself. All in all, it helps to prevent nearsightedness. Target customers Our target customers are students in primary and secondary school. More and more students suffer nearsightedness now, preventing nearsightedness becomes a serious matter. Target cities: We choose nine cities : Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Jinan and Qingdao. Price 1. It has more functions than the usual earphones. 2 .Low price makes more students afford it to protect their eyes. 3. Small profits and quick turnover. 4. A moderate price is helpful to the extension of new product, more people are willing to try. So we decide to take low price strategy and set a price which is higher than usual earphones but lower than the posture correction devices. Preliminary investigation Place Distribution: Short wide and high quality channel To reduce the cost of extension, we choose a short channel. We just have factories, provincial agencies and distributors, all the three parts. To make more customers contact our new product, we decide to sell our earphones in Department store, education supplies shops, electronic devices shops and so on. We focus on the large malls and stores which has mass consumers such as Wal-Mart, Jusco, etc. High quality channel helps us extent our new produces more efficiently.
