This article will discusses the new training pattern based on the virtual reality technology --- Virtual Training, Analyzes the sole superiority which the virtual reality technology has and pour it into the mechanic development as formidable propelling force, elaborated the virtual training system performance history and attempts to summarize the development pattern. Hoping this article can provide the model for the correlation personnel, provide the powerful talented person safeguard to maintains the high speed development for the Chinese economy. 　　Key words: virtual Reality; skills training; virtual training; mechanic 　　 　　在当今中国,技工教育受到全社会的高度重视,知识、技能和创造得到了充分的尊重和发挥,一个有利于技工教育发展的良好氛围正在形成。 　　随着经济全球化进程的加快,21世纪的中国已经成为全世界的制造中心,我国要想扮演好这个世界制造中心的角色,一大批高素质技术工人必不可少。现代产品的更新换代的周期已经完全的颠覆了一些人所能够承受时间概念高科技产品更是源源不断的推陈出新。传统的技工培训模式已经不能挑起这么艰巨的任务,亟待开发新的培训模式。 　　诸多难题阻碍着现代技工教育的发展,至今技工学校还没有走出一条适合中国国情的发展道路。我想基于虚拟现实技术的虚拟培训或许可以解决难题实现破冰,推动技工教育的良好的发展。 　　1 虚拟现实概念及特征 　　虚
