本科生毕业论文 国有企业资本经营存在的主要问题及对策探究 摘要 随着当前社会发展的不断的进步，国有企业的体制将会发生很大的调整与变革。根据现如今的国有企业资本经营的状况来看，深入地去分析其存在的主要问题，发现了过去国有企业资本经营出现资本结构不完善、没有创新精神、政企和产权不分的主要问题，并结合实践提出相应的解决对策，为了提高国有企业资本经营的效率和获取最大利益提供参考。国有企业只有做到了对资源和要素的最佳配置，并做好对市场经济体制的完善发展，并通过生产经营和资本经营的有效组合，明确产权关系，才能在竞争激烈的市场经济当中占据优势。由于我国国有企业规章制度以及法律体系都够不完善，并且存在着很大的漏洞，致使国有企业资本经营存在着许多的问题。然而，合理有效的资本经营有利于企业的发展，使得企业具有资本经营的自主决策权，并能够提高企业的竞争力，可以降低融资成本，充分发挥财务杠杆的重要作用。 本文主要讨论了资本经营本文首先介绍了资本经营的概念与特点，还有其扩张方式，然后从几个角度出发，发现了国有企业在资本经营过程中存在着资本市场不够完善、国有企业资本经营缺乏创新精神、国有资产管理意识薄弱等问题，并且对这些问题进行了理论分析与探讨，针对这些问题提出了大力发展资本市场、明确产权和政企关系等可行性的建议，以此来促进国有企业的进一步发展。 关键词:资本经营；融资成本；财务杠杆；资产流失 Abstract With the continuous progress of the current social development, the system of state-owned enterprises will happen a lot of adjustment and change.
