上海市中小型民营企业生存状况研究 作者姓名： 专业名称：文 秘 指导教师： 摘要 我国目前以中小型民营企业为主的各类中小企业已超过800万家，占我国企业总数的99%以上，其工业产值、实现利税和出口总额分别占全国的60%、40%和60%左右，并提供了75%的城镇就会。1976年至2006年，从农村转移出的2.3亿劳动力大多数在中小型民营企业就业。 中小企业问题是个国际性的问题，中小企业在各国经济发展过程中都有不可替代的作用，各国政府都在积极地采取各种政策支持本国的中小企业发展。长期以来我国政府把精力主要放在了发展国有大中型企业上，而对中小企业的支持力度不够，特别是个体私营的中小型企业曾受到社会和政府的各种歧视，缺少良好的发展环境。目前我国中小企业的发展呈现出的特点如下：地区间发展不平衡；企业普遍缺乏成长性；企业的技术落后，创新能力不强；组织管理落后。随着中国经济的进一步对外开放，民营企业要做强做大，在内外制度上应有大的突破，但是现行制度环境成为制约民营经济发展壮大的主要瓶颈，创新制度环境是突破这种瓶颈的关键。 Abstract With small and medium private enterprise non-state owned enterprise has more than 800millions in size enterprise small and medium enterprise in China at now.it is also 99％ in our country . it is gross output , rate and the total of the export have about 60％, 40％and 60％.Tt is provide about 75％ town people with work.From 1976 to 2006,it is trans 2.3 milions people from country to city in small and medium enterprise. small and medium enterprise, question is a international question. small and medium enterprise has irreplaceable part in economical in every country, every governments are taking part in some actions to provide small and medium enterprise ,s develop.Our government put our energy in large and medium-sized enterprises.
