家兔急性失血性休克Rabbit Acute Hemorrhagic Shock 实验目的Aims 1. Producing hemorrhagic shock model in rabbit. 2. Observing the general behavior, major physiological parameters . 3. Understanding the underlying mechanisms for the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic shock and therapeutic strategies. 实验原理Mechanisms Dramatic decrease in blood volume and cardiac output, as well as low blood pressure (BP) resulted from a large amount of blood loss induces sympathetic excitation, which in turn leads to vascular contraction, peripheral resistance increase and tissue/organ blood perfusion decrease.
